Evelina Romantic Outdoor Lamp by Torremato
Outdoor lamps are used for lawn and garden decorations. This is the idea guiding designer Laura Cocchis in realising Evelina, a garden lamp that evokes the shapes of ancient lanterns. They are frequently used to mark footpaths or the areas around swimming pools. Square and defined shapes, a one-piece rectangle or 180x180mmxh550mm or 180x180mmxh1000mm of height with an opening, rectangular as well, at the peak to let the light through. The material of Evelina itself, Cor-ten, is what the designer wanted to camouflage the lamp, creating non violent spotlights, light that naturally illuminates the landscape. (more…)

This up/down wall fixture uses a lens, something which is a first for Delta Light®. The fixture is available in white or white with chrome. This light creation for indoors is a good sample of technical expertise. For example, all the screws are concealed, whilst assembling the device and replacing a bulb really are a piece of cake. Moreover, color filters can be fitted under the lens for extra cachet. The important thing to remember is quality over quantity.
